Our practice nurse, is Monica O’Kane, her role within the practice shall encompass health promotion, education, screening & running the following clinics:

•Smoking Cessation

Monica is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
We encourage our patients to avail of the above service for their good being.
Health Visitor
There is a Health Visitor attached to the practice. Health Visitors are fully trained nurses and can provide advice on health care, particularly for expectant mothers, pre-school children, elderly and handicapped patients. They can also advise on many family health topics.
District Nurse
The District Nursing Service provides skilled, flexible nursing care to meet the health needs of individuals and carers within the community.
Treatment Room Nursing Services
The following services are available:-
•Blood sampling
•Cardiography
•Dressing of wounds
•Ear syringing (By appointment only)
•Removal of stitches & clips
•Urine testing
•Vaccinations
Dietician & Podiatrist
Patients have access to our dietician and podiatrist by referral from the doctor. Patients are seen by appointment only.
